Shiatsu Massage
This massage is originated from Japan. In Japan shiatsu is “finger pressure”.This is a process of manual pressure applied with fingers, hands, or elbows on specific parts of the body to relieve stress, anxiety, and depression leaving you relaxed and calm.
Thai Massage
Thai massage is a unique way and active form of massage which alleviates your energy levels. It can also improve, flexibly, circulation, and stiffness in muscles.
It is said that this massage is similar to yoga where the trainer stretches your body through the sequence of postures on a mat or floor.
